Recently, the China Iron and Steel Association (CISA), in collaboration with the Steel Industry Intelligent Manufacturing Alliance and the Steel Industry Digital Transformation Promotion Center, officially released the "Recommended Directory of Intelligent Manufacturing Solutions for the Steel Industry (2025)". Beijing Bestpower Intercontrol Co., Ltd.(abbr. BPI) has relied on its independently developed "Sintering Trolley Intelligent Lubrication Robot System", jointly applied with Sinosteel Equipment & Engineering Co., Ltd. (abbr. Sinosteel MECC) and was successfully included in the directory under the Intelligent Equipment category. This marks authoritative industry recognition of BPI's technical strength and innovative achievements in the field of steel intelligent manufacturing.

This solution selection event is a key initiative to implement the "Three-Year Action Plan for the Digital Transformation of the Steel Industry (2024-2026)". It aims to identify high-value, replicable outstanding solutions to support typical digital scenarios within the industry and accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the steel sector. A total of 187 projects were submitted industry-wide. After rigorous procedures including formal review, enterprise defense presentations, expert evaluation, and public announcement, 76 solutions were ultimately selected, with only 6 entries in the Intelligent Equipment category.

The selected "Sintering Trolley Intelligent Lubrication Robot System" directly addresses critical pain points in steel production. Relying on BPI's independent innovations in three core technologies – manipulator following trigger algorithm, vision-based lubrication point identification and positioning, and a one-to-two lubricant supply station system – the solution effectively solves the problems associated with traditional manual lubrication, such as low efficiency, poor precision, and harsh operating environments. Through intelligent means, the system ensures stable operation and precise maintenance of the sintering process, enhancing both production safety and equipment reliability. Furthermore, the system demonstrates excellent market potential. Its modular design facilitates deployment and cost control, allowing for easy adjustments to suit the on-site variations of different steel plants without requiring large-scale modifications. The system features open interfaces and can serve as a foundational digital node, supporting future advanced applications like predictive maintenance, offering broad prospects across numerous similar production lines in the industry. Consequently, it received high praise from experts during the evaluation, establishing itself as a exemplary model in the field of intelligent equipment.
