On April 26, 2022, the upgrading project for Instrument & Automation Control System of 495㎡ Sinter Plant of Guangxi Shenglong Metallurgical Co.,Ltd., which was contracted by Bestpower Intercontrol, has been successfully put into operation.
This project applies a number of independently developed technologies of Bestpower Intercontrol. By Optimizing batch calculation, Return control, Ignition control and Sintering machine tail thermal imaging etc., it achieved the optimal ratio of raw material compositions and costs, dynamic balance of return in the sintering process, intelligent control of ignition, analysis of the sintering process, and the quality judgment of sinter, which improved production efficiency and the stability of sinter quality effectively, created higher economic benefits for users.
